We are regulated and registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland for the sale of medicines online.

General Terms

It is the buyer's responsibility to provide accurate delivery information and ensure the package can be received. If a package is returned to us due to delivery issues, the buyer will incur additional shipping fees for resending goods.

Sale of Medicines

We follow strict guidelines for the internet supply of medicines, requiring each transaction to be reviewed and authorised by a pharmacist. Medicines can only be supplied within the Republic of Ireland. Orders are subject to availability, and you will be notified if items are out of stock.

Record Keeping

We retain a record of each transaction for non-prescription medicines for two years. Transaction details include order number, date, product details, customer name, and address.

Website Content

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and are responsible for all actions under your usage, including the content of your transmissions. All information, designs, and specifications on the website are the exclusive property of Murray's Pharmacy. Unauthorised copying or retransmission is prohibited.

We may update our site content at any time but are not obligated to ensure it is free from errors or omissions.

Pricing of Goods

Prices listed on the website are accurate at the time of order placement. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier changes, tax impositions, or errors. Promotions can change or be removed without notice. Only one discount code per transaction is allowed.

Payment

Transactions are processed via a secure server. All major credit and debit cards are accepted, and the name Murray's Pharmacy will appear on your transaction statement. Ensure order details are correct before submission, as changes cannot be made post-placement. Discounts and offers apply only at the time of order and cannot be applied retrospectively.

Delivery

Orders are dispatched promptly using DPD or An Post. For international deliveries, please contact online@murraypharmacies.ie for specific quotes. Note that international orders may be subject to customs/taxes outside our control.

Returns

Unwanted goods in unopened and unused condition can be returned within 14 days. If goods are faulty or damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours for a replacement. Used or opened items are not eligible for return or refund.

Accounts

Customer details can be stored on our website for convenience, but credit/debit card information is not stored. Account information should be kept confidential. We reserve the right to disable accounts for non-compliance with terms.

Complaints

For complaints, email info@murrayspharmacy.ie. If unresolved, complaints can be submitted to the EU’s Online Dispute Resolution platform for independent arbitration.
