* A working day is Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Order processing may take longer during busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday/Cyber Monday, Bank Holidays and during Sales.
** We ship internationally with An Post and are unable to ship aerosols, flammable products, and products with batteries internationally. Please be aware depending on your order value and destination country, you may be liable to pay local taxes and duties on receipt of your order. Your Local Pharmacy Group cannot accept liability for these charges.
Dispatch
Orders received on Weekdays up to 1pm GMT will be usually processed and dispatched on the same working day. Orders received after 1pm GMT on weekdays will usually be processed and dispatched on the next working day (this will be Monday for orders received after 1pm on Fridays, or Tuesday if it's a bank holiday).
Normally all products on our website are held in stock, but on the rare occasion that an item is out of stock, we will contact you with the expected delivery time. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number.
Courier Delivery
Our delivery partners are DPD (www.dpd.ie), and they are responsible for the prompt delivery of your package. They’ll send you a text to let you know the 1-hour window in which they will deliver your order as well as a dispatch email with full tracking details, for your convenience.
DPD now offer the Parcel Wizard service that allows you to choose a day that suits to have your parcel delivered and you can also advise where you want your parcel delivered. To register for this service, Please visit www.dpdparcelwizard.ie or download the DPD app in the AppStore or Play Store on your mobile phone.

Delivery Delays
In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you immediately to inform you of any possible delays.
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the correct shipping/delivery information is provided and that your package can be received at your address. Should it occur that delivery be impossible and that the package is returned to us, the buyer will be subject to shipping fees for resending of goods.
We use reliable postal services however we shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the parcels within the estimated timescales.
