Refund policy

Overview

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. It ensures that you are satisfied with your purchase from Murrays Pharmacy.

Returns Procedure

Customers have the right to return their order within 14 days of purchase, accompanied by a valid receipt. If a cancellation is made after dispatch, only the product cost will be refunded, and postage costs will be refunded only if the goods were received in error.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be returned as new, in original packaging, and in a re-saleable condition.
  • Certain items (e.g., medical or personal care items with broken seals) cannot be refunded, replaced, or exchanged unless they are faulty or damaged.
  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.

Time Frame:

  • Returns must be received within 14 days for a refund or replacement.
  • Returns received between 14-28 days are eligible for an exchange or credit note, accompanied by the original sales receipt.
  • Items without a sales receipt cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Return Shipping:

  • The cost of returning unwanted items is at the customer’s expense.
  • Use a carrier that provides "Proof of Posting" as the responsibility for the parcel remains with the customer until it is received by us.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

In the rare event of receiving an incorrect item, Murrays Pharmacy will send the correct item upon receipt of the returned incorrect item and refund the return postage. For a fast replacement, the correct item will be charged again, and upon receipt of the returned item, the customer will be refunded for their second order and return postage.

Items damaged during return may only receive a partial refund, at the discretion of Murrays Pharmacy, to cover repair costs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift Vouchers
  • Medicines
  • Pierced Earrings
  • Made-to-measure goods (personalized items)
  • Sale, clearance, or end-of-line items
  • Free Items

The following items can only be returned if they are in original condition, unopened, unused, and with any seals unbroken:

  • Cosmetics
  • Fragrances
  • Personal Grooming Products
  • Hair and Body Accessories
  • Handbags and Jewellery

In-Store Returns: Items purchased online can be returned in-store within 14 days of delivery. Refunds will be processed to the credit card used for the online purchase. Ensure items are as new, in original packaging, and accompanied by a copy of the delivery docket.

Postal/Courier Returns: Return items to: Murrays Pharmacy Returns Dept., XX

Use a carrier that provides "Proof of Posting." Refunds can take up to 10 days to reach your account.
